A. ORIGIN
The Landscape student thesis design exhibition is an annual event for graduates of landscape architecture schools across Taiwan. Students prepare for a whole year, and will present their graduation projects in an exhibition on the eve of May.
This is the eighth year of the Landscape Student Thesis Design Exhibition. To facilitate international exchanges and expand students' global vision, a section to recognize international students' work is added.
We look forward to discovering landscape projects from different regions with diverse cultures and a variety of landscape topics to enhance the depth and breadth of the exhibition.
We sincerely invite students to participate in the exhibition.
B. OBJECTIVES
1. International universities in landscape architect or related disciplines, third year of university or above, and graduate students.
2. Each school department provides at most 3-5 projects.
C. FORMAT
1. The physical paper exhibition of the landscape student thesis exhibition.
2. Online projects exhibition on landscape student thesis website
The cost of the physical paper exhibition will be covered by the TILA and the exhibitors are not required to pay any participation fee.
D. AWARD
Please see below for the brief regarding the incentives.
All participated students will receive :
1. Participation certificate (E-Certificates will be distributed to all participants via email after the event.)
2. Exhibition photos (TILA will provide the event link)
3. A Booklet collecting all the projects from international and 11 selected projects from Taiwanese students. (TILA will provide web for downloading the e-file and mail the hard copies to the school).
E. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. All submissions must be in English.
2. Submit the following documents：
(1) The entry details form
(2) Brief description, PDF and WORD file (maximum 250 words in Microsoft Word format) We will assist in Chinese translation.
(3) Declaration Form
(4) One design panel, size A0 or Arch E in portrait format, PDF file and JPG file.
◎ The panel must include the project title, university programmer, name of the author and name of the instructor.
◎PDF files of posters must have a 300dpi resolution and the maximum size of the file shall be 200MB.
F. SUBMISSION
1. Time：From now to April 25th , 2022
2. All registration documents and projects of the invitational exhibition will be stored in the cloud with marked file names, and the cloud link will be sent to the inbox. The submitted file information includes the following:
(1) The entry details form
(2) Brief description, PDF and WORD file (maximum 250 words in Microsoft Word format)
(3) Declaration Form
(4) One design panel, size A0 or Arch E in portrait format, PDF file and JPG file.

G. REMINDERS
1. Participation in the exhibition implies unconditional acceptance of the exhibition rules.
2. Entries will not be returned to the authors.
3. The entrants must ensure that all images, photographs and other materials from other sources are correctly attributed. Source credits won't be included in the word count.
4. The projects submitted by exhibition entrants may be placed on exhibition in digital or paper format during the exhibition, Official website of TILA , and may also be exhibited elsewhere after the exhibition at the discretion of the TILA.
5. TILA retain the right of duplication and publication of any or all materials submitted to the exhibition, and there shall be no obligation whatsoever to the entrants, beyond the acknowledgement of the authorship of the projects exhibited or published.
